"Upon arrival the elevator was out of order. The staff did give me a first floor room which was accommodating. The gym on the other hand, was basically inoperable, the machines need major repairs. There was no housekeeping during our stay we had to keep calling to ask for things and were told they were gone for the day which is ridiculous when it was like 12 noon."

"The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!"

"The room was very spacious and clean. The staff all smiled and very welcoming. The parking was free and very clean. We felt safe and secure. I was disappointed with the breakfast, only had turkey sausage and scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs! They did have waffles, Bagels, cereal also. No fresh fruit though. Coffee was good but had a lot of grounds in my cup."

"I stay here whenever I travel to Charlotte because of its proximity to my appointments and restaurants. The rooms are fairly large, comfortable and clean with comfy beds and work spaces."

"It is conveniently located near a major highway, a gas station and many dining options. There was plenty of parking available. The entire exterior and interior of the Baymont was very clean, including my room. Rohiht at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I left the hotel very full from breakfast, which had a nice variety of things to eat as you start your day. I definitely would recommend it, matter of fact I already have!"

"The staff was wonderful, rooms looked nice, but beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The pools were a complete disappointment. The pictures make it seem you have a view of the park, you don’t. You see a wall in either direction. It isn’t very big and it was packed with children. The dinner was delicious but over the weekend they only offer brunch menu until 3pm which is only breakfast items. The poolside bites were also a letdown. Ordered a quesadilla and it was so thin and tortilla was...

"The hotel was really well maintained and the rooms were very comfortable. It felt clean and had great facilities. The location is excellent - easy to get to the highway and right near 2 shopping centers with great dining options and stores. I stayed with my teenage son on the way to drop him off at a college program and it was perfect for our weekend. Highly recommend."
