"Clean room "

"The carpets in the room was dirty. The bathroom spigot was broken. It smelled musky when we walked in. We asked no one to come into our room and they did anyways. I cleaned the room myself. "

"It was a busy hotel with youth sports teams but our room was on a quiet floor. Check-in and check-out was easy and staff was friendly. Room was comfortable temperature-wise and the bedding was wonderful. The bathroom was clean, plenty of amenities, shower pressusre and temp was good. We'd stay there again. "

"When I forgot my toothpaste, the older gentleman at the desk went back to his own room to get me a big tube of toothpaste! Said I could give it back when I was done. I bought him a new one and when I gave it to him, he has found two small sample toothpastes for me. So kind....."
