Place was great. Pet friendly and in a quiet spot. Can’t remember her name but the woman that checked me in later at night was FANTASTIC. Answered every question I had.

very clean facility. well appointed room. Also, room was clean,enjoyed king size bed as well as fridge and microwave. one negative aspect was clerk at front desk had stocking cap on and was somewhat unkept.

The check out guy that calls to make sure we were still checking out was very friendly and caring. The front desk girl was no help at all.

We booked this hotel room because it has a hot tub, and pool and we take our kids there during the winter allot so that they can enjoy the pool and we can enjoy the hot tub! Hot tub was broken!!!! And the front desk didn’t tell us that or we would have asked for our money back, and the website should have notified so family’s like us don’t have to experience this!! O would have spent my 150 elseware. I paid like 95 cash and the rest with my frequent visit moneys

Excellent choice
The hotel was awesome. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had as far as hotel breakfasts go. The pool was good and clean. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Only 2 complaints are the hot tub was closed (looked like it had been for a while, there was a film on the water) and the elevator was broke almost the whole week we were there. Otherwise we will stay there again the next time we travel back to Ohio to see family in that area

The staff was great however the pool and spa did not meet any of the pictures from the site the hot tub was closed and had black mold but was not drained the chlorine in the pool was high and the pool was cloudy. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff is fantastic

Was a very nice stay, very good breakfast and morning reception was very kind as well as the lady who served breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the very small pillows and the hot tub was out of service.

A little disappointed that the hot tub was down but when you're waiting for parts there's not much you can do. Otherwise it was an excellent stay!

From Cleveland for the Harlem Globetrotters game at Canton Civic Arena. The room and pool were perfect for the kids. Morning breakfast met our needs. Housekeeping and desk staff were exceptionally kind and very helpful.

We had our transmission go out on arrival. Staff was very accommodating and helpful in securing the proper help we needed over the 36 hours we were there.

Overall stay was nice, the breakfast items were limited, would be nice if they changed the menu up regularly, stayed there different times and have the same items for breakfast, also they don’t put out or have toast bread which is unusual.

I have stayed here several times (it's close to my family). I have ALWAYS had the best experience. This time, there was a problem with one of the beds bedding. I called the front desk, they were there within minutes to make the change. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Thank you, all, for a constant wonderful place to call "home away from home"!

The Hotel is right next door to the Hartville Kitchen and Shops, as well as the Saturday Hartville Flea Market! This was our third stay at this location and it is clean, convenient, and safe.
