"We arrived late the staff was great couldn’t stsy because to many flies in the room"

"The staff were very kind and helpful The pool and hot tub was nice. One of the hot tubs and the sona was out of order. The diner in the property only works for breakfast/brunch. The arcade machines were old, not card usable. The room was spacious and beds are comfortable and clean. The room was damp though and it smelled. One of the bed lights had no lamp. Outside the hotel looks amazing and very peaceful. Our view on the first floor was partial. All and all, it didn't worth the money."

"Very quiet corner of Bartlett. Excellent staff, rooms were excellent. Kids loved the pool, I loved the outdoor fire pit. Lots of board games in the common room for the whole family, and the coffee bar was well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again."

"The stay itself wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t ideal. The second we walked into the room we were met with flies, which isn’t the best sign. Fine, its summer in New Hampshire during a heatwave so I could brush it off, but not great. We proceeded to find black hairballs on the bathroom floor, making it seem like it wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was no “real” showerhead. "When we checked in the property had just experienced a water main break. Staff is plate and let us know the situation and water was back up and running by the time we return from dinner. The hotel was nice and lots of things to do. More than the nights we stayed. There was a severe thunderstorm that rolled through so we spent our time in the lobby playing games. Will be coming back to stay at this end in the future"
