"The staff here are outstandingly friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant in the basement is first class for food and, once again, the staff are incredible. Even if you don't stay at the hotel, try the restaurant, you won't be disappointed. The hotel is in a lovely building and the public areas are very nice. However, the room I had was very tired. It needed a new shower and there were water stains on the ceiling and walls where they must have had a water leak above and it hadn't been painted. The wifi was very weak and I couldn't do any online work in my room. Overall though, it is a well placed hotel with great staff and I would stay there again because of this fact."
