The staff was kind and friendly, pointed me to some great local dinner spots (Lorelei and Captain Craig's), and encouraged me to make the drive down to Key West for a day trip. Loved my room, the grounds, and the morning delivery of breakfast treats to my private deck. "

"Elena was amazing and accommodating! Our AC was not working properly and she was able to manage and give us an amazing room with a view, free breakfast and voucher for also for free drinks. Very beautiful and luxury! People are extremely nice and attentive. Judith from the La Marea was a sweetheart alongside her other coworkers. Jasmine was also such an amazing waitress. "

"Beautiful grounds and a clean and inviting room. The staff were pleasant and pools are very nice. The only thing I didn't like were the beds. They are way too firm and we woke hurting terribly. Overall it was atill a nice stay."

"Alex was amazing and highly recommend for future stays. Bungalow serenity was so nice and spacious. Had some trouble with the getting the TV to work but the pool and views was stunning. A great place to get away from everyday stresses and relax. "

"Cool place, definitely not a first class experience, but we loved it. Room clean, grounds nice, the animals running around were great. Best part was staff.the Lady at the desk was fantastic, and everyone we came across were very polite and friendly. I would 100% return. "

"Everyone was great. The check in text came a few minutes after 4, I got there at 1 pm and was told I would get priority as I watch others get keys to their rooms. Slightly annoyed. I had been up traveling for 22 hours. So after that it was great. Best massage ever at the spa from Marte. Will come back when I am in the keys. "
