Overall stay was great, property was nicely decorated, staff helpful and friendly. Our only complaint is that we chose a hotel that had a hot tub (staying two days, husbands birthday, was planning on hitting the hot tub in between activities) and this hotel's hot tub was out of service so that was a huge bummer. We would've chosen somewhere else had we known. Continental breakfast was fantastic - everything fresh and tasty - eggs, sausage, canadian bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy, waffles, cereal, bagels & all the fixings.

This property was very run down, at least on the 2nd floor where we were - rust in the shower, stains and rips in the carpet, on the upholstery, and just looked old and not kept up well. But it did the trick. Staff was nice for the most part. Breakfast was good.

Ceiling bulb out in bathroom. Very poor lighting at sink area. Lamp on desk broken so would not charge devices. HATE the mandatory incidental fee. We had a bad experience getting refund a couple of years ago. Staff indicated it is a LaQuinta policy. Did not mention the fee on Expedia. I would not have booked if I knew. Will not stay at another LaQuinta.

The hotel parking lot is decent. Not many spots. We found a huge landscaping truck some what blocking us in when we arrived to park in a spot. Entering the lobby was clean smelt good with cookies available to take. We checked into our room on the second floor ice machine was out. Entering the room smelt so moldy and damp and not clean smelling at all. Very musty the AC was not on and the fridge was not running. It took 24 hours to get cold. Our room was also not cleaned by house keeping we had garbage piled up for days and had to go get towels needed in the lobby from a very over worked staff member. The breakfast selection was amazing. My kids were so happy by all the choices. Staff was quick in restocking it all as well. Very friendly staff. The diner in the parking lot was great we had breakfast there the day we left so we can be served. Very cheap prices there. The hotel is good but could use improvements possibly more staff.

I had booked the property because it had advertised that there was a hot tub. We drove 10 hours and was looking forward to a good soak after a long drive, upon check in we were advised that the hot tub had broken since I had booked the previous day and not available to us. Another issue, lots of doors opening/closing in the hallway past 9pm. The restaurant in the parking lot was close, good simple food that was reasonably priced.

We stayed here because of distance we could travel that day and was pet friendly. Rooms for pet people are not clean. Prior visitor left a dog toy for us. Floors were sticky. The restaurant next door was Fantastic!

Friendly at check out. Breakfast in the morning was good. Ice machine on 2nd floor out, had to find one working. Pillows on bed (5) was a little too soft, continually trying to rearrange and fluff them through the night. I realize that is a personal preference, but it effects a nights sleep.

Very friendly staff, clean facility, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just enough for us. Staff suggested restaurant next door and it was amazing! Only complaints, dogs barking in rooms, kids running down the hall late at night and a neighbor or ours clearly was smoking pot....hallway stunk!!! Can't control human behaviors so no complaints about the hotel itself!!

I was visiting the Hershey area and the La Quinta Inn was very conveniently located. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, free parking was plentiful and the hot breakfast was excellent. Thanks!

Ine front desk receptionist was very rude when she came into the pool.she was loud and obnoxious. Granted there was a lot of people in there at the time, she could if handled it better. What was the worse was the hotel has a no smoking policy however the whole floor we stayed on reeked of Marijuana. You could see the smoke coming from two of the doors and we so haooened to be beside that oerson.our hotel room stunk soo bad of it and we had 2 children innthere. We conolained about the smell but nothing was done...disappointing. The one breakfast attendant was very nice..breakfuust was ehh but the employee was very nice and accommodating.

One of the employees had her cute little grey/scruffy dog, Nico on the property. This was NOT a service animal. I know this because working in a doctor's office, I am around them on a regular basis. As I was taking our dog outside, we were rushed by an UNLEASHED Nico. The owner yelling "Nico! Come back here Nico!" This happened AGAIN when I was outside talking to another guest. Nico is NOT a service animal, as he did NOT return to his human when called to do so. The employee had to physically come & pick him up. This led to my dog (who is smaller than Nico) being extremely fearful for the rest of our visit. She (my dog) was scared to return to the elevator & lobby. We travel 6 times per year for business & in the past 2yrs, she's never had this reaction in a hotel before. I don't want an incident where Nico does this & the dog reacts in an aggressive manner & he gets hurt due to his owner being irresponsible.

I rated this terrible because I was unable to cancel my reservation after making it in error. I did book a different Laquinta hotel, causing me to pay double for my stay. It was rundown, sink in entryway, body wash in entryway (not in shower area), very little light, not told about complimentary breakfast (where, time) … This being said, I will never book Laquita again and I will tell anyone who will listen about my experience.

The noise in the hall way until 3 am after calling front desk ruined half of our trip because we could not sleep. The outside doors were propped and left unlocked made me very unsafe feeling. There were random dogs not on leashes. Dirt on the bathroom counter
