"The staff were awesome, Friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and big. Our king bed wasn’t very comfortable. It seemed to bubble in the middle and we both ended up on the edges by morning. It also seemed a bit lumpy in places. The bathroom was clean, but a bit small and hard when having to shut door. The Starbucks, bar, and restaurant were good. The area felt safe and easy to get around. The tram stop was super close."

The ice machine flooded the floor and 24/7 staff loud and laughing at the front desk my room was the 1st one! No flowers outside like in pictures and garbage by front door!
