Top Terrace in the downtown view was breathtaking they do have a elevator but there was no access to it we had to climb 4 floors. the garage door opener was not working also the garage door close and open on its own after a couple of minutes they put only one face towel and one napkin for bathroom if there is a two people per bedroom they should at least provide Two Face towels and two napkins. "It's not far from George R Brown center, and takes around 20 minutes by walking. There is a police station nearby, and it made me feel safe. The unit is big, also the kitchen is big. We stayed in this unit for a week, and the big unit and kitchen made us feel comfortable like home."

"Well when we arrived the codes they assigned us did not work, not even the codes to the lock box. We called and emailed and couldn’t get a hold of anyone for over an hour. Once they called us it was great, the place needs abit of pest control. We walked into a house full of nats. The remote controls to the the tvs didn’t work due to dead batteries of being so old the batteries leaked. Oh and the dryer doesn’t work because it appears someone wired it up wrong. Oh and they have cameras...

"This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN."
