"Room stunk. Smell was very bad like sweaty shoes & socks. Opening the window & turning on the fan helped some but you no more than turn the fan off & the smell was right back."

"Beautiful location on the Rock River. Rooms were clean and fully stocked with amenities. Breakfast was fresh, restocked frequently, and delicious. Every staff member was friendly, and helpful. Attention to detail in all areas of this property was evident. Hughly recommend this location."

"We were not given the room we had reserved,, they offered a substitute but at an uncharge, they didn't make their mistake right. We were given a smaller room at the same rate as our reserved suite. "

"there was a distinct smell of cigarettes in the lobby. The TV did'nt work. The breakfast was terrible and sparse. The whole place looks neglected. The staff were not professionally dressed. I was there with a team for athletic competition. Breakfast was inedible for them. "

"I like that the website offered...lots of amenities and things to do...but when we got there EVERYTHING was terrible...toilet overflowed..clogged up didn't flush...the air conditioner went down..NO AIR...we ordered a screened in porch..didn't get one even there were ones right across the pool..which is what i thought i ordered instead stuck us in back with a nice expensive golf cart rental we needed to purchase to get around...especially to the toiletsfor our family of 7!!!...7...anyways the store was close...no game...even the t.v didn't work...there is more and i think im entitled a full refund "
