It was just off the M11 - convenient for where we were going- was ok for one night- room & linen was clean. Good choice for breakfast. Be warned- you have to pay for parking at the hotel!!

The staff were lovely and made booking in a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, but smelled a little musty. Could have done with an airing first. Bed was comfortable. The power cut first thing in the morning was a bit of a challenge but it did eventually get sorted. The midday checkout made life a lot easier. I couldn’t stay for breakfast because I had already made other plans so I can’t really comment on it but I’m sure it would’ve been nice. I would book again if I was going to be in the area again. Overall a pleasant hotel.

Out of in the middle of nowhere, dated, dirty carpet. The only good thing is the staff, from staff were nice, Roxanne at the bar was very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday.

I stayed 1night and that was very plesant. My room was clean bed very firm and comfortable. What I found a bit strange there was only 2 electrical outlets and they were at the table far away from the bed, if you put your phone to charge you had to get up to check.

Long check in process. Clean rooms.

I don't like that they now ask you to fill out a customer details form at the check in desk. This information could be requested before your stay, or not at all since you have the info on the booking. I've always enjoyed the nice toiletries and clean fluffy towels at this hotel. The room condition is hit and miss. Some are well maintained, others not at all.

Hotel is great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, but they do need updating. Had some food in the bar and it was good. Never had breakfast as thought it was well over priced.

This hotel is pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well thoughtout. My only complaint is that there were no charging points fir mobile phones.

Hard uncomfortable beds no sleep

Receptionist was very friendly.. Then asked to pay for parking?? First I knew of it. Cracks on the bathroom floor but the worst thing was the hard uncomfortable bed. Hardly slept! Food was good and big potions. Would not stay again.
