There is little I can say that was not excellent at the hotel. Loved the decor, everything was comfortable and the place is very dog-friendly, a major plus for me.

We liked our stay very much, the receptionist was very friendly and helped us instandly with every question. Parking is easy but expensive, but this is due to the cities public parking tarifs. EV charging on many spots around the corner. The Hotel has a very good breakfast.

central spot close to everything with good service

Central, quite quiet, old place done up nicely. The lift in this old building was very helpful for luggage.

Checkin was not good. We initially responded to a request in my email to checkin on line… I tried and kept getting sent back to the same page over and over…gave up. And so we hoofed it down to the end of the block, took a while for someone to acknowledge our presence and with quite a bit of indifference we finally got QR code to the hotel. Hoofed if back down the block to the hotel and found a very unhappy couple trying to check in ahead of us who could not get the computerized door lock to work, they gave up and actually were so frustrated they decided to stay somewhere else. We tried to get the lock to work and gave up also… we hoofed it back down the block to the check in at the restaurant where a different person called a third person and after a lengthy conversation walked back down the block with us and finally got the electronic lock to open on his forth try….. all this walking up and down the block was in the rain… and when we finally got into our room it was freezing cold, no heat … pretty bad checkin took over and hour and we were very wet and very cold

Vi havde 3 overnatninger, super rengøring hverdag. Hotellet havde os en god beliggenhed. Det var dog til tider svært at få parkering. Desuden var der rigtigt meget larm på hotellet hver aften, så ingen søvn til os.

Das grosse Zimmer hatte zwei bequeme Sessel, die es auch einmal möglich machten gemütlich ein paar Seiten zu lesen. Die Lage des Hotels, direkt am Wasser und nahe bei allen wichtigen Orten ist hervorragend.
