"Wish there was a way to show when the pool is closed. We had a choice of similar hotels - selected this one based on location and our family likes to enjoy having access to a pool during a vacation. The hotel needs quite a bit of TLC - our room cleanliness was okay but there as a bad looking white stain in the chair. "

"The front desk staff was very warm & welcoming. Parking was good. The property has a lot of fun history & architecture -- make sure to read about it in the little room off the lobby. And the town/area is so quaint. My husband had to work, so I sat at the bar by myself for dinner & had a wonderful time. The bartender is amazing. Really good at her craft! Food was great. It might be a challenging hotel & restaurant to navigate if one has mobility issues. There is an elevator, but there are are lot of turns & narrow spaces. "

"We have stayed here a couple times to ski at Butternut. It is not fancy but well worth the money. Staff is very nice, beds are comfy and everything is squeaky clean. Location is great. Plenty of nearby restaurants. "
