"The reviews on TA had me very worried but our stay was suffficient. Not as good as other timeshare properties but it was sufficient. Staff definitely needs some training to improve overall impact of stay. Pros: Clean, spacious rooms Pool area was nice (not great) Cons: Had problems with our tv and requested help 3 times. There was no follow up or communication with updates. Pool staff was making personal phone calls while they were on-duty. They charged for minor things….$.50 for a marshmallow roasting stick. Literally, you can buy a 20 pack for $1 nearby"

"Not great at all, toilet didn’t flush for one, carpet dirty as heck, look like a cat or dog scratch the chairs and couch, area around outside terrible people homeless sleeping outside coming into the hotel lobby begging for food, I think next time I just pay a little more for something a little more decent and sanitized,the only thing good was the breakfast. "

"The hotel lobby is cute and quaint. Once you leave lobby the vibe is very different. The reality of a very dirty hotel becomes evident as you wait by elevator doors which were extremely dirty. The doors to each room were extremely dirty and marked up. Our bathroom was dirty. The furniture has an inch of dust. The ac not working properly. A ceiling tile fell and woke us up as it sounded like a loud crash. Floors extremely dirty. "
