O hotel ficou abaixo da minha expectativa. Não gostei muito acerca da limpeza e da apresentação e condição do serviço de Room Service. Sofrível. Quarto de mediano conforto.

A good Haridraw Hotel
A comfortable modern Hotel located a short 10 min drive from Haridraw. My guess is most visitors to this Hotel will be visiting Hardraw for Religious purposes and for this it is an excellent choice and this was the purpose of our stay.

Good food, poor hotel
Food good. Bed bad, dirty dirty dirty rooms. All carpet stained bad, looks as if it has not been vacuumed in a month or more. Room also seemed like it was not recently swept. Stains on walls, dirt on all ledges. Bath matt covered in mold, not just a little bit. No place for soap in shower, so previous guests used the top of the shower head as a ledge for storage. Found 2 bars up there after the manager had staff clean the room a second time at our request.
We checked out a day early, requesting a refund. Suspect the hotel is going to keep our money for both nights despite only staying one. Reviews are great but this hotel should be avoided -- way too expensive, dirty and uncomfortable despite the nice photos which are likely old, we looked at 4 rooms in total and all were bad.

Stay way if you want cleanliness.
The rooms are not maintained well. The rooms are not clean. Bathroom and shower was pathetic, it was not cleaned well and had a urine stench. The staff were excellent and always willing to help. Breakfast did not have much selection. Buffet dinner was quite good.

Nice Hotel but away from Town & Noice
Had a Pleasant stay of Two days. Nice Rooms and other facilities. Well disciplined staff with good behavior and attitude towards their work. This Hotel best suits for Tour groups and guests with own vehicles. for Business travel the hotel is located at outskirts of Town and conveyance is an issue.

Fair stay
This hotel is a good choice when visiting Haridwar, and you want some peace and quiet. The room was fairly clean and nice, but the shower could have been cleaner, especially under the shower-mat. A bit annoying that the shop-keeper downstairs tried to push his goods on you every time you entetered the lobby. When you enter a hotel lobby after a long day, the last thing you want is to be bodered with another seller.. Wifi password should be made accessible by hotel guests.

Great Hotel, good ambiance and very well maintaine
We had a stay at SRS Lakshya for one day in our trip of 10 days in the north. Of all the 9 nights that we stayed at different hotels at different locations I would rate SRS Lakshya as the number one hotel. It gave the best ambiance, very clean rooms and bathrooms, very courteous staff and also good food. We had to leave the next morning by 7 am, but the staff were so persistent on we enjoying their complementary breakfast that they got the breakfast buffet table ready by 7 am, such was their hospitality!!It is conveniently located, yet away from the hustling crowd. Great going..
