I booked this hotel for my parents who are senior citizens, their overall stay was okay, however we faced below issues:
1. They were initially given smaller room which then they have to change at extra cost.. looks like there are different rooms advertised as deluxe.. this was our third stay and samething happened twice. So expedia should advertise it with more info from the hotel.
2. Room basic amenities were missing and my parents have to request it everytime.
3. One of the major issue they faced was with the breakfast which was included in our expedia booking however hotel denied my 81 year old parents breakfast and asked them to go to reception and check..mind you they are old and breakfast was at the top floor.. they ended up taking stairs to go down and even then hotel said expedia has not sent extra vouchers.. this has happened with me in the past as well . As a silver member we get complementary breakfast, however looks like expedia is not correctly passing information to this hotel or hotel has some issue with their booking system.. can this be rectified. This is really disappointing in terms of hospitality and I will never ever book this hotel again for my parent.
Mind you we stayed at the hotel in past 3 times but experience this time has really disappointed me.. I would not recommend this stay going forward. Thanks
