"I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...

"We stayed 3 nights at the Ethorpe. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to catch local buses to locations we wished to visit and also using the local buses to travel to Heathrow via routes 106 and 102 for 10 UK pounds! A & J, Canada."

"We had seen Rios House when we visited the area previously, and decided to book a stay during the Christmas period. The aparthotel is conveniently located, just a stone's throw from local shops. Although we booked a studio, it was very spacious and the kitchen was quite large with cooking and drink-making facilities. It was also easy to park. When we requested some items for the apartment, the staff was very quick to respond and supply the items."

Ann Maria was the bartender and hotel host and she was outstanding and a hoot. She treated us like family from the moment she met us. Sean the manager treated us the exact same way. "it was a real great deal considering the price and the city, wouldnt complain . only thing i was not sure of - was there any noise insulation or everyone was just polite and really quiet. lovely place , great staff, good reception area and bar area. definately worth more visits if future allows. "My spouse and I had a rather unique experience here. Our international flight got delayed, but we made it to The White Hart with 3 hours of our reservation left. The front desk was very accommodating (albeit surprised when we showed go and still wanted our room). We were able to nap for 2 hours, shower, and enjoy a delightfully delicious breakfast, which they cooked for us outside of the normal breakfast hours.
