"Spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. Good choice of coffee and teas in the room. Roberts DAB radio provided but reception hit and miss. Large wall mounted TV. Very clean. Powerful shower with a choice of normal or "rain". Good choice at the breakfast buffet with freshly cooked options from the kitchen. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. A special mention to Marina for being extra attentive and caring. "

"I was late getting to room as working at Dorchester, was given room 3. Seemed clean when i walked in. On closer inspection bed and towels were clean, but the room was very dirty. Spoons were dirty, never been washed, skirting was dusty, looked like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks. I honestly didn’t feel like stopping in the room. It was most probably worst room i have stayed in for years."

"This is a really lovely place to stay. I was given the 2 bedroom cottage next door to the pub, and it is very well catered for. Kitchen, living room, dining area, etc. Bathroom was very clean. Great place for morning walks and dinner at the pub next door. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again."
