"This was a trip with our dogs which turned out to be outstanding. Super dog friendly hotel and staff. Room overlooking the cricket ground with good balcony ( apart from glass sides). Match on the Friday was an education for a non cricket person. Walks for muts were fabulous and straight from hotel. Breakfast was very pleasant. All in all a very nice stay and a huge surprise as the Hilton didn’t feel like a huge soulless chain. Will stay again. "

"To be honest I should have booked directly with Carey’s Manor. Probably my fault but I did not realise that I was booking only a room for my husband and I, no breakfast! Things have changed now one has to pay for a cooked breakfast and with you also the continental one! Carey’s Manor were very understanding and gave us complimentary continental breakfasts. "We were very pleased with our stay, our room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean which is one of my biggest worries when staying in hotels. The only issue I had was there was no room service available and the restaurant wasn’t open as they had a busy day. We ordered fast food for delivery but I would have much rather of had something from the hotel as I’m sure food there would have been lovely. Staff were really friendly on our arrival and as we were leaving. "
