"I couldn't sleep because of a loud humming noise from someone's dishwasher, then from the electrical room across the hallway. Plus the iron was shattered, not just broken. I couldn't iron my clothes to go to the conference that morning. It was also too late to request a replacement. But when I complained to the staff, the Supervisor said they check it every time they clean the room. So did they purposely left it broken? She didn't even apologize for my inconvenience. "The hotel itself was in a perfect location, very nice hotel but they gave us a room with a clogged toilet. That management had already known and we only find out because of their house cleaning staff. That was very disappointing."

"The staff was most excellent especially Melvin!
I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a microwave in the room nor was there a couch in the room.
The housekeeper replaced our (2 people) washcloths (4) with (2) washcloths. I really don’t like washing my body with the same washcloth that I wash my face.
I know I could have gotten more from the front desk.
I really enjoyed my stay"

"We stayed for 3 nights. Staff was friendly, room and lobby were clean. We couldn’t use the pool as there was an issue with the pump. Breakfast was good - nothing special but better than just cereal.
We used the parking garage diagonal from the hotel attached to the luminary building. Cheaper than the valet parking the hotel offered.
Room service was done the second day. They took 3 dirty bath towels and replaced them with only 1. Strange but we were leaving the next morning so we made due
