"The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."

"The room was a bit on the older side and didn't feel overly maintained. Lots of the wallpaper was peeling. At least one ceiling tile was sagging low. The bed was very hard. It had low water pressure. The room itself was clean, and the hardwood furnite was quite nice. "

"1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time). 2. The hardware of hotel is good. 3. "My husband and I traveled from Chicago and stayed at this hotel for 8 nights while touring Harbin. We had a wonderful stay experience - very friendly staff, excellent amendities, and super convenient location. All for a very friendly price :) We hope to come back here some day!"
