"Fantastic place, you certainly feel as tho you get your moneys worth ! The buffet breakfast is great too! This hotel is genuinely one of the things I’ll deeply miss about Beijing!"

"Loved the room; well maintained and comfortable size. Rated 4 vs 5 because mattress was hard for me. I traveled with my own memory foam pad; worked perfectly. Buffet style Breakfast is provided at a very reasonable rate. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They use translators to communicate; no problem. Location is about 10 mins walk to bus and train transportation. To the right of the hotel is an indoor fruits, vegetables and meat market and to the left there are restaurants. Enjoyed my stay!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing. They were especially helpful in coordinating a private car service and the breakfast buffet was very good! Would recommend!"

"The hotel has good amenities and the front desk staff tried their best. The area around it was pretty rough by the standard of Beijing. The area was noisy and had a ton of drunk people loitering around especially at night. The housekeeping staff was on the aggressive and overzealous side of things. Cleanliness could be better. The shower was semi-clogged and drained poorly. The hotel seems to discount unsold rooms at night and this tend to bring in a loud party goer style crowd after midnight. Many other guests smoked in their rooms and around the premises and the the smoke was a problem for us. "
