"The resort is very well maintained. The staff are pleasant & happy overall. The beach area is large. The ocean has seagrass but there are many sandy parts. The food selection at the buffet is good & the food was great. Smokehouse, Jamaican, & Italian restaurants do not require reservations. Only the Japanese restaurant requires a reservation. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative on everything and explained everything well. The bellhop staff were very accommodating and ensured that our bags would be safe until we checked in to our room. Our room was very clean and smelled clean when we arrived.
