"The hotel was very clean. Rooms were very big and spacious. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Pools were big and inviting. Water activities were available and we used them numerous times. The water park was an added bonus. There was plenty of delicious food.
Bartenders Morris, Latoya, and of course Lensurd who went were always ready to pour a drink. Bartenders choice drinks were so good and the garnishes created were a true work of art.
Whitney from the aqua pool was amazing....

"Room we were assigned smelled damp, was dark, had stained pillows and no natural light. We woke up on day 1 to a large roach in the bathroom. The front desk was advised and Shanice from guest relations was very sympathetic and kind. An upgrade was not offered, but we were switched to a different room by the end of the day. The bellman was to come help with the relocation before dinner however, and did not show up. We waited over 2 hours, ultimately missing our dinner reservation and no one...

"overall had a good time. There were issues in the room slight mildew smell. and limited drink options also had to ask for drinks to be made strong. lock your door staff will just walk in the room with little warning"

"The location was great. Perfect spot to either do nothing or do everything available. The restaurant could have been better for lunch and dinner but there are plenty of other options within a 10 minute walk in either direction down the beach or road. Everyone was very pleasant and the grounds were kept clean. I’d book again for a 4-5 day stay"

"We stayed as a family group of 5 adults in the travellers two bedroom suit. The suit is huge with a kitchen, dining , lounging area seperating the two rooms. The main bedroom has a large balcony over looking the garden area along with a smaller balcony over looking the front entrance leading from the dining area. The suit has been newley renevated, the finishes are not the best but the desighn is aesthetically pleasing. Value for money I can not recommend the this suit enough. Travellers is a...
