Good stay.
No problem at check-in. Requires card to go to your floor. Overall, room is big and comfortable. Usb port at the desk is broken though. Tried dinner at the restaurant. Communication and quality need improvement.

Nice, good hotel,
Hotel is very good..- rooms clean , on the expensive side, breakfast expensive, McDonalds across the street.. The pool was really not in operation ( no towels, no attendant, but it was raining ..) So all , as Novotels are..
