Although I wasn’t in Vietnam at the time, Mr. Alex helped me plan a surprise birthday celebration for my mom during her Halong Bay cruise. He took care of everything — from the coordination with the cruise team to making sure the cake and moment were just right. It meant so much to me to still be part of her special day even from far away. My mom was so surprised and touched! The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and in a great location. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. From travel arrangements to personal touches, their level of service was truly impressive. If you're visiting Hanoi, I highly recommend staying here and letting them help you with your tours and plans. "The staff were all very helpful the location to Old Town is outstanding walking distance to the lake it is simply one of the best location I have stayed in in Hanoi. Although on a busy Rd there is little noise. A little touch up of paint here and there would not go astray. The bar staff upstairs at the rooftop bar were extremely friendly and the drinks presented good value for money."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and could not recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring — nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention has to go to the hotel manager, Thomas, who is without a doubt one of the friendliest and most professional hotel managers we have come across in all our travels. It was amazing how he remembered guests by name and always took the time to speak with everyone personally, making the experience feel very special and personal. Sarah was wonderful during check-in, providing us with lots of useful information about Hanoi and helping us settle in straight away. Lily was also incredibly kind and recommended some fantastic local restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the rooms were exceptional — spacious, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The restaurants in the hotel were excellent, and the à la carte breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice. The location was also perfect, close to all the shops, attractions, and amenities, making it very easy to explore Hanoi. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations and truly made our trip memorable. We would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and would definitely stay here again in the future. A definite 11/10!!"
