"A fantastic, small boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The staff was amazing. We arrived around 5:30 AM and the hotel held our bags until check-in. We walked around the city ate some food and when we came back, our bags were already in our room. The package we got had breakfast included. It was a great mix between western and Vietnamese food. The food quality and service was certainly on par with the best five star hotels. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Hanoi. The only change I would make would be to pay a little bit more for a larger room."
