We stayed with our four children and had a great time. The location is excellent. An easy walk to many attractions and the great shops and cafes of the Old Quarter. The staff were very attentive and their attention to detail was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

L’HÔTEL du LAC Hanoi
Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Hanoi. Walking distance to many highlights of the city. Fantastic breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff, views from the roof top bar are fantastic during sunset.

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great to have a bathroom that didn’t leak water everywhere! Extremely good breakfast. The reason for four stars not five is that it was billed as a four star hotel. It was very basic and not really my idea of four stars.

The staff was amazing! So kind and so helpful. There were some wonderful extras--juice when we arrived, fruit in our room, and plenty of help with suitcases.

GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi
The staff was very friendly and attentive. We loved the food at the hotel especially the breakfast buffet. Our server was very nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. There are just some water spots on the marble from previous use but not a big issue
