The place has food and coffee shops, souvenir stores and some photo booths. There's also a free sky walk space. The fee maybe a bit high, but the place is definitely one to visit in Hanoi

This place is very known by tourist so it will be very busy when the train comes. Best is to take the morning train. I took the picture more back to the mean road. Most people stay further on the street where the coffee shops are.
