Terrible, they advertised they have gym, sauna, and swimming pool. But it’s all been shut down. The receptionist very rude and unprofessional.

I would only rate this hotel as 2 stars place. Not pleasant smell in room, cleanness of tables in breakfast was questionable, limited parking space, noisy. Ok to stay a night or 2 but not more.

The beds were good and the hotel was situated between wellness centers, quite an interesting location. However on arrival no reception and breakfast was a bit too expensive and unattended. So overall service could be more caring

Comfortable
Dual rooms awith walk through. Comfortable. Used for overnight whilst travelling for 1am to 6am so didnt see facitities. Town is beautiful and would revisit.

I loved the staff EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Love the bar they had downstairs very classy. Quiet place. I was going to do my check out at 11am and they asked me what time was my flight and i told them till 9pm and they said "dont worry about checking out so early for our customers we do everything go out have a meal come back and sleep more for your long flight back to the u.s." that right there guys is what you call the best service besides that i had to switch my single room to a 2 bed bedroom they did it without extra charge nor any complaints. Overall I definitely recommend it. Excellent service, staff and great price. I will be going back to that place for sure.

Cozy comfortable and cheap
This hotel is comfortable, cozy and room was big enough. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and there weren’t bathroom slippers. You can add room+breakfast purchase option.

Auf Durchreise für eine Übernachtung ist es okay. Die Zimmer haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig und sollte dringend verbessert werden

Forladt og uddødt
Ankom om eftermiddagen til et mørkt og aflåst hotel, og måtte vente et stykke tid med at banke på ruden, for at blive låst ind. Receptionisten virkede uinteresseret og var lidt nusset klædt i gamle joggingbukser og læderjakke. Værelset lå på en lang mørk gang uden tændt lys, så jeg måtte bruge telefonens lys til at finde nøglehullet. Absolut ingen personer til stede på hotellet resten af aftenen/natten selvom jeg brugte klokken i receptionen kom der ingen. Meget utryg og mærkelig oplevelse. Værelset var dig pænt og rent.

Nicke rooms but a bit cold. You had to put on the heater yourself. No shower gel in the shower. Dining room was cold. The breakfast was cold. The staff were ok but one was sour. No dinner at evening. No bar open. No pool in sight as they wrote. The hotel was dark at arrival. No one at the reception. We had to call to get in. I would not recommend this hotel.

HORROR! Bloß nicht
Das Hotel ist ein ungepflegter Ort, dunkel, ohne sichtbares Personal und nachts seinem Schicksal überlassen. PARTY mit SEXorgie, Frauenschreie, dröhnende Musik ohne Rücksicht auf Zimmernachbarn, die in dieser schönen, kleinen Kurstadt Erholung suchten und nachts gerne geschlafen hätten. NIE WIEDER KARAMAN. Das war das schlimmste Hotelerlebnis, das wir je hatten.

Die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig. Unter der Bank lag noch der Müll von Vormieter. Das Bad ging gar nicht. Die Tür von innen völlig verdreckt. Hier möchten wir nicht wieder übernachten.
