Fantastic stay at Yingguan Sofitel

The hotel is clean and room very comfortable. The staff was very cheerful and helpful. They took effort to help us with our Alipay issues and gave very good guidance to the areas around.

I had such wonderful days at this hotel. The staff was very responsive and I was very satisfied with my trip. Also, the breakfast and restaurant food were very delicious. If I have a chance to go to Hangzhou again, I will use it again.

The hotel is nice and new. Close to a metro station. It has a weird smell that’s really not so pleasant. Breakfast has a lot of food but quality is just so so. Staff is not trained and were not really helpful when asked to suggest food foo spa’s nearby. Overall it’s just very average
