"One thing I really liked about this place was it’s literally walking distance from the airport, about two blocks away. The transfer company had my flight wrong so didn’t show up, and I really wanted to get to the hotel to use the pool, so I walked, and it was fine. They actually let me into my room early, which was very kind, and let me check out late because I was coming back from a beach excursion and wanted to have a shower. "We were well received and treated nicely the entire time. Staff was helpful with issues. Pick up and drop off were very punctual. Could be a bit more available for questions, directions and general guest attention, but when we asked they were responsive and friendly.
