"Wow! Could not fault the property or the staff! Everything about the stay was perfect. Our host was just so lovely, felt like greeting an old friend when I got a hug at the airport pick up. The rooms - what can I say? Just gorgeous. The beds were so comfy, the kitchen was clean, the bathroom was just what we need after a long day of exploring. The pool and hot tub is such a nice extra as well! The speakers playing music in the evening in the sitting area as well really added to the perfect...

"Amazing place is owned by local friendly family. 5 minutes walk to best sunset spot on the island. Good restaurants nearby. Place is nice and clean. Full kitchen so you can cook if you want. There is no A/C in the room (but at the night it's pretty chill), and no breakfast/dining option on the property (in case you expect it)."

"Hugo picked up from airport which I really appreciated. Location was spacious, clean and on the Main Street, so was close to shopping and dining options. The only recommendation is to make sure television is available. "

"Beto (Father) and Tutti (son) own and operate the property. They gave us a warm welcome and ensured all our accommodation needs were satisfied. In addition, Tutti played host (required guide on the island) for the full length of our stay. He drove us around in his pickup truck and gave us detailed history of the island and the culture. Not only is Tutti well-versed in history, he is fluent guitar player and a professional (cultural) dance performer. My parents (elderly) were incredibly...

"Tatiana goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! There is no internet currently and only a communal television and kitchen. Although a no frills accommodation, Cabañas Makupuna makes up for it in quiet, peace, and tranquility. I most definitely would stay here again!!!!! "
