"Incredible value at this property. Conveniently located with restaurants and shopping within steps. Beach is just a short walk around the corner. We had the studio king which was a corner room with two balconies and modern decor. Biggest highlights were wet bar, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge, as we wanted to refrigerate and reheat meals. This was invaluable to us and hard to come by at other resort hotels. Pool is small but with decent and calm lounge area. Room and property were clean. Area feels comfortable and safe. 10/10 recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. After multiple visits to Waikiki and comparing hotels, this one is a no brainer for the value and convenience."

"Toilet was running due to loose line in the tank so water was constantly being pumped in the tank. Called front desk to request repair but none was done. We had to manually shut the valve off at the toilet. Thermostat was not working properly and kept running all night. Refridgerator was not working properly, barely cooling."

"The King room with Diamondhead view was very small and the view was pretty limited. The hotel needs a serious interior refresh. The staff were pleasant and the room, not withstanding its limited size, was very clean."

"★★☆☆☆ The room itself was clean, comfortable, and the ocean view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Waking up and seeing the water every morning was easily the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for us. This resort is enormous and constantly crowded. There always seemed to be people everywhere, making it difficult to find any sense of peace or relaxation. The pools were packed throughout the day, and the beach area directly in front of the hotel was equally crowded. Food and drinks on property were grossly overpriced, even by Waikiki standards. We were also surprised that there was no outdoor music or atmosphere around the pool areas, and no swim-up bar or convenient way to order drinks while lounging in the pool. If you're seeking peace, quiet, and a relaxing Hawaiian getaway, I would recommend looking elsewhere."
