"All staff were pleasant and helpful. Maintenance workers James and Dominic were helpful in trying to get our streaming to work in our room. The valet staff were attentive and on it. They held our suitcases prior to check in. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff were great. Highly recommend this hotel. Great location. Cirque de Soliel Ayana was awesome! "

"Spotless room. All the decorations in the furnishings were top notch! Loved the in-room espresso maker, microwave, refrigerator. The hotel staff is just amazing in your professionalism helpfulness and courteousness. Not crazy about the TV setup in the room it was pretty old school in technology and channel selection. No Netflix or other streaming services available. No USB port on the television. Everything else about the hotel in the room was perfect though."
