"The property and staff were both outstanding. We had an issue with our room the 1st night, but were switched to an upgraded room for the 2nd night. That was going above and beyond to make us happy. The continental breakfast each morning was very good, and fresh. We also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and were very pleased with the food and service. We highly recommend them and we will be returning soon."

"We were in the room behind the ice maker, and could hear it very clearly every time it made ice. There was also a doorbell type sound very often. The pool was closed but that wasn't noted when I booked. It's a neat old building, right on the strip and the view from the lobby windows of the storm (60+mph winds!) was just awe inspiring. Not the hotel's fault there was a storm. The building fared that better than some! Staff was fine, nothing spectacular. Parking was reasonably easy to get to (except for those 60mph winds...) except that other guests couldn't read and put their trucks and SUV's in the car spaces because others put their cars in the truck spaces! Again, not the hotel's fault."

"Rooms are generally clean. Roof blew off of the building my room was in during a storm. Staff said I was safe to stay despite the situation. Building inspectors later arrived and ordered evacuation of the building. Debris was strewn all over the parking lot with metal, wood, and heavy roofing rubber while it was still breezy. Ended up leaving in the middle of the stay for safety reasons."
