Heartland Ambassador Hotel Hamilton
Rooms were clean, shower pressure was great. However bathrooms were beginning to show age a bit. Staff in restaurant was helpful for breakfast but did not clearly outline what was and wasn’t included in the buffet.

Microtel Lodge
No room to swing a cat and had to share bathroom and shower but we where only there to sleep anyway so price wise it ok

Simply an excellent motel for the price

Hygate Motor Lodge
The kitchen was well equipped if we had needed it. Did not use the laundry this time but it's handy to know it's there, and easy to use. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. The heat pump was good, and not always available in motels. A handy location.

Alcamo Hotel & Conference Centre
I have used this place a few times while passing through between Hastings and Auckland. Close to Pak N Save.

Zeta Motel
Rude and unhelpful locked me out of my room at 9am and the building so my last hour was waiting for them to unlock it and no time for shower had to leave
