"This hotel was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Traveling as a group of women I felt 100% safe in the middle of New York City in this hotel. The rooftop bar was beautiful and sophisticated. They even treated us to champagne for my daughter’s birthday. Would never stay anywhere else."

"I love the property, it was very beautiful and clean. The Resturant was amazing, rooms updated and nice and location amazing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was the mandatory $35.00 per person entertainment fee. I feel it’s something you should know upfront not when you get there.

Beim Check-in war Irving sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, alles ging sehr schnell so dass wir nach ein paar Minuten direkt aufs Zimmer konnten. "Super friendly staff, great location, and nicely sized rooms with super comfy linens all around. I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s all in the little things; for example, they provided water every day after room cleaning, Nespresso pods in the room, and umbrellas if it was supposed to rain that day. "Nice location on the Upper West Side. "City view" really means looking into the office building across the street. Fire station directly across means frequent sirens. Room and.
