I stayed at the Hyperion for 5 nights. Every single night an alarm in the TV went off at midnight. Each day I asked that someone disable it. One guy tried but unsuccessfully and the wires were buried so I couldn’t unplug it. When I checked out I was told that there are several rooms with this feature and they didn’t know how to fix the problem. The hotel is in a lousy neighborhood with no restaurants nearby. Don’t stay here!

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was modern, rooms were clean and staff was excellent. The concierge gave us excellent advice! Hyperion is located in a quiet area about a 7-8 minute walk from the Main train station in Hamburg, which was a less desirable area. There wasn’t much for restaurants around but we were more interested in being conveniently located and safe for travel. This hotel exceeded our expectations!

Goot potential, terrible smell, nobody cares
Hotel in good location, positive potential, which is completelly ruined by terrible smell in the room coming bathroom (probably some drain). Reception promised to send someone, but it didn't resolve issue - it's probably well known and nobody does anything about it. Suggestion to change room was rejected, as "they were full".

I really liked the sauna, tried using the gym but only one machine was working (the bike) and there was absolutely no air in there, making it too uncomfortable to work out.

Nowhere near 5-stars. Perhaps 5/10 stars. The hotel has all the amenities you’d want but the quality is cheap and the service is commercial rather than that of a 5-star hotel. Granted, the prices were very cheap but more suitable for 3 stars.

Room very small With walls all around the only small window in the room facing an outside building. Beds not comfortable. Service below average. I asked for a wake-up call no one called. We requested room to be clean as we were leaving at 11 am we came back 10 pm room was not clean. We had to wait 25 min outside until they cleaned it.
