Great hotel with good connectivity

Nice hotel for a short trip. Would have been nice with a fridge or possibility to make a tea. Great paid parking. Good public transportation in front of hotel. Due to construction work in front of the hotel it was noisy and a bit chaotic.

Brilliant

During our stay we had no issues at the hotel the room was clean and well maintained. The staff at the golet were brilliant too, when my partner sprained their ankle the lady at the desk got us an ice pack to help with the swelling. 11/10 would stay here again

Front desk service was quite lacking. Waited ten minutes for her to arrive so we could pay for breakfast, only to have her say it closed in five and we were too late. Asked where to go nearby and she had no suggestions. Room was clean and quiet. Just don’t expect much else.

Good hotel for sightseeing.

What you need to realise before booking here is; you get what you pay for. The hotel is located close to Berliner Tor train station where the Train to the airport stops so it's very easy to get to. One thing to mention is and this might have been due to us staying in late November, within walking distance it was a little bit of a struggle to find sit down restaurants but as you are close to the train station you can quickly and cheaply get to the centre of town. The hotel is very modern and clean and as soon as we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff, and check in was a breeze. There are no keys to the doors instead you are given a code to the keypad on the doors. The room is nothing to write home about our room contained two beds which was very small and very basic bedlinen - pillows - and quilts. It had a TV and a little table and a Bathroom, personally I would have liked to have had a Kettle. As we were there to see the city and we only really slept in there it was good enough for us. The reception area has snacks and drinks which seemed fairly priced for a hotel. the breakfast was really good and worth coming back for. The only issue we had was one of the days we came back they had opened all the doors and windows on our floor with minus 2 outside, to air out the rooms which meant our room was ice cold, and the receptionist didn't seem too bothered that this was a waste of energy. All in all, a good hotel for sightseeing but as said you only get the basics.

Zimmer Richtung Straße sind bei offenen Fenster sehr laut, da Bundesstraße direkt vor dem Hotel entlang läuft. Ansonsten ist es ein gutes Stadthotel mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Mir wurde der Preis für die Unterkunft zwei mal abgebucht. Es wurde gesagt, dass die Rückerstattung zwei Wochen dauert. Ich hab mein Geld bisher nicht zurück bekommen. Es gab für den Fehler der Unterkunft auch keine Entschädigung.

Modernes, sehr gepflegtes Hotel, welches sehr gut gelegen ist, um vom Berliner Tor alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Hamburg's schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes ruhiges Zimmer Richtung Hintereingang. 12€ für den Parkplatz am Hotel sind ein SUPER Preis für Hamburg. Sehr zu empfehlen.

durchschnittliches Stadthotel

Ich habe diese Unterkunft im Rahmen einer Fortbildungsveranstaltung genutzt und war ein wenig verblüfft, dennoch die Tourismusgebühr entrichten zu müssen, da dies auch auf Nachfrage in Hamburg keinen Unterschied machen würde??? Auf der Rechnung war am Ende der Verzicht auf den Zimmerservice vermerkt, obwohl dies zu keinem Zeitpunkt angesprochen worden war, sondern als gegeben vorausgesetzt wurde??? Dies macht das Hotel leider für einen erneuten Aufenthalt nicht sehr attraktiv - auch wenn sonst nichts auszusetzen war.
