Close to Hammerkirche U-Bahn, the Hotel/Hostel is situated to the east of Hamburg Centre, helpful staff, really good breakfast

Excellent value for money.

For the price, excellent value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Seemed to be clean and safe place. Close to buses and two Ubahn stations Explaining the price: Nothing to do in area. Hardly any shops near (LIDL as neighbour though). Room was very small. Moving about had to be coordinated between 3 people. 'Matresses' hard as rock Room was in basement with windows facing LIDL carpark so had to keep curtains closed all the time.

Cheap hotel very close to Metro and far away from city center. A good alternative for our stay. 10 min to ST Pauli only.

Fine stay for a very reasonable price.

Fine room for the price. Don’t expect luxury though. There was a small metal table but no chairs. The bedside tables might be intended to double as seating. It worked but wasn’t that comfortable. One elevator was out of order so after breakfast we had to walk from -2 and all the way up to 4 as the other elevator didn’t come. I assume it was being occupied by cleaning.

A&O are advertising with parking spaces and EV charging, but there is basically none. The 8 parking spots and 1 single charger was apparently reserved. I was not informed that i had to reserve them, which makes me think that it's the staff thats parking there. Overall a 4/10 experience. Unhelpful staff aswell.

The staff wasnt very helpful and spoke rudely at times. Asked for a baby crib, had to wait for almost 2 days for it. To ask for anything is a stress because yoj dont know how rudely the staff will answer or maybe not all.

Worst Hotel Experience in Years

We traveled with a small baby and chose this hotel because it stated that parking was available. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and wanted to check in quickly. The receptionist then claimed that we had booked two rooms, even though my receipt showed only one room. He then called his own customer service and wanted me to wait in the reception while he was on hold, despite me explaining that it was the middle of the night and we had a small baby. Moreover, it turned out that there was no available parking at all, and we had to find parking ourselves in the city. We finally found a spot, a fifteen-minute walk from the hotel. With a lot of luggage and a few months old baby in our arms, we had to walk through half the city in the middle of the night. Very unprofessional handling of their own mistake and misleading information about the hotel.

Hallo, leider muss ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass das Zimmer von der Ausstattung, vom Renovierungszustand und - das Wichtigste - von der Sicherheit, im katastrophalen Zustand war. Ich habe direkt morgens nach der 1. Nacht, eine Reklamation an der Rezeption veranlasst (Zimmer 607). Der Fall wurde aufgenommen, ich habe bis jetzt keine Antwort vom Hotel erhalten. Daher stelle ich jetzt auf diesen Weg einen Antrag auf Erstattung der Kosten. Gründe: - Zimmer im 6. Stock! Fenstergriff aufgebrochen, Fenster komplett zu öffnen, Möglichkeit sich rauszustürzen!!!! Großes Sicherheitsdefiziet, ist nicht erlaubt. - Elektrische Verdunkelung funktioniert nicht. - Waschbecken mit Riss. - Waschtischverkleidung löst sich. - Garderobenständer aus Boden gerissen, nicht nutzbar. - Putz in Dusche bröckelt ab. - total staubig. - Kein Schrank oder Regal für Gepäck. Alle Mängel können Sie auf den Fotos sehen. Bitte antworten Sie kurzfristig, vielen Dank

Die Unterkunft kann ich für einen kurzen Städtetrip empfehlen. Sie liegt nur drei Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Das Hotel ist sauber, und das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Das Personal ist bemüht, sofern man es an der Rezeption erreicht. Der einzige Nachteil sind die Aufzüge: Einer ist defekt, und bis man den funktionierenden erreicht, vergehen oft bis zu zehn Minuten. Letztendlich musste ich mit meinem Koffer fünf Stockwerke die Treppen hinaufsteigen, was bei Zeitdruck ziemlich ärgerlich ist.

Duschkopfhalterung war unbrauchbar.Tür zur Toilette war schwer zu öffnen. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. 1 Aufzug war defekt, deshalb bei nur noch einem Aufzug lange Wartezeiten. Aufzug mit enormen Gebrauchs- spuren und sehr klein. Max.2 Personen mit Gepäck. Frühstück für das bescheidene Angebot zu teuer.
