The hotel kind of felt neglected. The smokey smell lingered in the common areas and made the room feel a bit stuffy but it was okay. Definitely not the best but not terrible.

While it was the largest room so far on this trip it was not the best. For some reason I was put in a smoking room and it stank. Bad. The floor had stains all over it too. Bed was hard as a rock. Location wise, it's in a great spot right near the stations - Enshu and Tokaido. Staff were friendly so no complaints there.

I had problems to check in and had to complain at Tourist office in Hamamatstu due to employees attitude and treat me as a criminal because i wanted to stay only two nights. Of course they doble the price of first nights and Made me pay!! I Will never use that hotel and complain about it
