"The condo we had was convenient, clean, and we were allowed to use the garage. Inside was a bit in need of a refresh, but was ok. Did not use the pool or courts. "

The check in info needs to either be in the body of the email or made MUCH more clear that there is an additional step. Check in was painful for me BUT they responded quickly and even got us into the condo a bit early. After that, it was smooth sailing. "
