"ファミリー向けの施設では無いと感じました。トイレとシャワーが一緒でトイレに着替え置くのがイヤでした。スタッフの対応は良かったです。"

"ペットボトルのお水のサービスがない。タオルの予備がない。浴場で濡れたタオルの回収場所(カゴ等)がない。風呂場内のシャワーの勢いが悪いし、直ぐに止まるように設定されているのかとっても不便。鍵が一つしかないのも不便。"

"外国の方の利用が多かったです。スタッフの方も外国の方が多い印象でした。みなさんとても親切でした。 客室はとてもキレイで過ごしやすかったです。 駐車場がホテルから少し離れていたのですが、トゥクトゥクが頻繁に行き来していたので困ることはありませんでした。 売店もおしゃれな商品が多くおいてありました。子どものマリンシューズも販売していて助かりました。 1点、日本語があまり得意ではないスタッフの方がいらっしゃり、駐車場の説明を受けたのですが聞き取りづらかったのが困りました。 あまり難しい口頭で説明をさせずに、パネルや図で説明していただいた方がいいかもです。"

"The staff were friendly and kind but did not help with basic services such as helping guests to unload luggage. Since my travelling group contained myself and my young daughter, unloading was hard for us and we would have appreciated some help. The pricing was also not worth the hotel amenities and room. The room itself was neat and clean but very crammed, while the view was good but not anything extraordinary. However, it was convenient as it was right next to the American Village."

"立地が良くない。 部屋はとても良く、テラスも広いが、高速道路の前で、テラスでは、ダンプカーの大きな音、車の走行音などがうるさく、全く落ち着かない。海は見えるがリゾートホテルとは言い難い。非常に残念な滞在でした。二度目は無いです。"
