"Too difficult to find a parking slot. Fee for parking is expensive. Only one double bed for 4 persons. Two of them had to sleep on floor. Cups and kitchen utensils were not clean enough. Staff at office was careless, giving us a wrong access password!"

"Valentine was a great host! She was very nice and helpful, giving us loads of ideas and tips on exploring Kanazawa. She gave us a map and marked all the important places and offered to called Ninjadera (Ninja Temple) to book a tour there (it was outside of hours, so she couldn't book, but we went there next morning and managed to get a tour on the same day).
