"Staff was amazing, very considerate. I was placed in room 108, and I’m thankful for how easy it was to navigate and load my belongings from the car to the room. The room was very clean, 2 things to point out, was a quarter sized stain on the blanket & the entrance/parking lot was not plowed at all. Pillows were very comfy, bathroom was clean. "Stayed here watching our grandsons hockey games at the Blaine Sports arena. Close stay to the arena, good restaurants close by. Nice coffee, espresso , cappuccino machine in lobby. Good pools hours that gave our grandkids time to swim Good breakfast assortment. "

"Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. "

"The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet."

"To start off the staffs were very nice, and friendly. My complaint- door was broken, when we first used the key it worked but then it stopped working and the workers couldnt fix it until the next day when we left for a little bit. Very inconventient because we had to keep bothering them to manually open our door. And it wasn't just one room, both room door did that. "Rooms were dirty. There was a used feminine pad in-between the bed and table next to the bed. The bathroom was dirty. The bedding looked dirty. It looked like it was never cleaned for awhile. The staff also kicked me out after an unwanted guest came knocking on my door and made a huge scene after they had called and asked me if I knew her and I told them I did but I never told her to come and that I asked her to leave. "I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! "

"Room was infested with ants. We kindly asked the front desk to spray. We stayed two days and when we left the ants were coming out of my purse and my sweater and suitcase. At the restaurant we had ants crawling on the table. At the hospital ants were crawling out of my bag. "
