"Hotel maravilhoso! Como não pode entrar na cidade na parte histórica você precisa deixar o carro em um estacionamento aí uma van leva você, o motorista nos deixou há uns 500mt do hotel, fomos arrastando mala pela estrada, na volta a van te pega na porta do hotel, não entendi! Mas o hotel é nota 1000! Atendimento excelente, café da manhã ótimo, acomodações maravilhosas e a localização muito boa!!"

"The penthouse was absolutely amazing — we truly enjoyed every bit of our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The jacuzzi was a highlight 😇😇😇, and the view from both the terrace and the living room was simply mesmerising. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hallstatt.👍

"This is my 2nd time staying here. The first time was 2019. Overall, it is easy check in instructions, took bus from Hallstatt city with bus number 543 is easy. The balcony with lake view is perfect. Just that the room doesn't have washroom inside but there are shower room. Kind of weird but it's ok. The room is clean and the view is excellent. The reception man & women is friendly as she help me to take some photos coz I travel alone. The environment is good, can have a chill walk in the evening...

It was perfect and you had everything you need for a family in it.

"It was such a nice and pretty hotel in an incredible location, I ended up extending my stay five days longer that planned The receptionists, the housekeeping team , the restaurant staff were all so helpful . The pool and sauna were nice and most of al the access to the trains and buses to explore the whole area . Bad Ischl was the perfect base . Hotel is next door to Kaiser Villa , so convenient, and to the supermarket too .
A good full breakfast and my room was spacious and so nice .
