The motel is very easy to find, right off of Hwy 77. Check- in was easy. When we arrived at the room it smelled musty and the AC did not work. There were clipped fingernails on the desk- disgusting. Tried to call the front desk and there was no answer. The call went to voice mail each time i called. We had to walk to the office to alert them to the AC issue. They did promptly come to the room and had to relocate us to another room. The bathroom light fixtures was partially detached from the wall and there was fear it may fall. Overall very rundown.

There was soap in the shower when we got there. I take that as it was not cleaned! Had to ask for washcloths, as there weren’t enough for our party. Had to go get toilet paper because there was not any extra in the bathroom.

The unit had been recently painted and the smell was overpowering. Looks like it was just touched up with paint and the sagging ceiling was still visible.

Called the front desk multiple times no answer, the Pool was dirty, Lobby had an unpleasant smell. Room were not cleaned the next day, Door would not close easily and was hard to open as well.TV had a dull picture and no access to main menu to brighten screen, volume was also set to not go past halfway and the dates tv was not loud enough.

This hotel was older, not in a secure area I felt. The TV did not work. We had the ground floor room. You walk from your car directly into your room. The mattress was ok. The shower curtain had paint spots, and the wall was scratch up in areas. The manager handed us 2 water bottles so maybe the water doesn't taste good? I booked online, not seeing the place or I probably would not have booked it.

The main issue we had is that all the kids in our large group that swam had issues with the pool water making their eyes burn and skin itch. PH levels were off.

Such a nice, last minute stay found at midnight after our other hotel overbooked! Wonderful desk and housekeeping staff, spotless room, peaceful and in a pretty little location with a sparkling pool and a hot tub we wished we could’ve used!
