Although we are not bedridden, it would have been helpful to have the use of some baggage carts to move our belongings from the parking lot to our rooms. None were available at any time we were in the facility. I understand all carts may have been in use during peak check-in and check-out periods, but I sat in the lobby during one of those times and not a single cart appeared. Having traveled for most of my professional life, I expected better from Hilton."

"It was a pleasure to stay at a clean, quiet, accommodating hotel. We had room 316 that had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The shower was a large walk in with great water pressure. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was very good with a pancake maker that I got to use with the help of our server. I didn't get his name but was very helpful and socialable. We will definitely use this hotel when we travel north from Florida."
