"The Hotel was conveniently located to Hershey and the Capitol. Registration was busy at check in and only one employee trying to accommodate a line. Our room was mostly clean but definitely not stocked. If you are going to have dispensers in the shower they need to be full. We had zero body wash, zero shampoo, and zero hand soap. When packing up to leave we opened all drawers and wardrobe to make sure we had everything. This was the first time we opened the wardrobe and there was a pair of men’s underwear hanging over the rod!! Housekeeping needs to up their game. The bed was comfortable. The employees were friendly and we enjoyed the hot breakfast. Location and value were good. Would stay again but would check for supplies and “leave behinds” before unpacking."
