From the very beginning, the communication with Karin was excellent. Due to unexpected delays, we couldn't arrive on our original booking date and had to postpone our arrival by one day. The room was tidy but left a lot to be desired in terms of dusting in the corners, the finishing on the tub, -everything just dated!
