"Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. The property was well maintained, and our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We did experience some issues with the Wi-Fi, and the TV would occasionally lose its connection. The daily breakfast was good, with a variety of options that changed each day. The only fruit available was apples and oranges, so a little more variety would have been nice. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water were available throughout the day, which was a great added touch. The hotel is making efforts to reduce energy consumption, so housekeeping and room cleaning are only offered a few days a week rather than daily. We were fine with that, but when we requested extra towels, it took several calls before they were brought to us. The pool and hot tub were excellent and definitely a highlight of our stay. There was some disappointment regarding our room. We arrived early and were assigned and paid for a room that was actually an upgrade from what I had originally booked. However, the hotel did not offer to let us remain in the upgraded room for the rest of our stay. Instead, they were willing to give the upgrade to another guest for one night so we could stay in the room type we had originally booked. I felt this was a missed opportunity to provide an even better guest experience. The location is excellent if you're attending an event at the Canadian Tire Centre as the hotel offers transportation to and from events."

"Bath tub/shower was dated but that was only downfall. A lounge/bar would have made it perfect but besides that the hotel offered amazing customer service and our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for comfort."
