"Overall great stay, hotel transportation is a plus, buffet breakfast was tasty and had several options. Room was great size and beds were comfy. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The grounds are always kept clean as well. We did have a leaky restroom faucet and burned light bulb, but both were fixed quick. My only cons were the restroom window - it’s frosted so you can definitely be seen while showering. I just made sure to shower with the lights off. Additionally their bed pillows are hard so that caused some neck pain. "

"Pretty great stay. Rooms are a little outdated but nobody spent much time in them. The hotel is very clean and the staff was exceptional; especially Demaris in the Buffet and the Macao restaurant. The beach is beautiful. The food was good. Would stay again!"

"Staff was exceptional. Lovely snorkeling right off the beach. Wonderful breakfast buffet. The property and the rooms were extremely clean. The rooms were well appointed. Airport shuttle was $55. "

"This place is an incredible find! After staying in West Bay for years and wanted to change it up and be near all the restaurants and vibe of West End. This place was my heaven. So, peaceful and quiet. We only shared the property with 6 other guests in mid February! Yet a 5 minute walk to the restaurants/stores. Not fancy, but clean, with hot water, comfortable beds and AC. West Bay is best for snorkeling but I was surprised how great snorkeling was on this side of the bay. Early morning, we saw an eagle ray, and an active white spotted octopus. Plus it was fun to watch people on the "Fun Ship" while relaxing on the beach. And it's a short paddle out to play. My family loves our West Bay hotel but I’ll come here mid week solo to get away from the cruise ship madness! "

"Extremely beautiful property with wonderful staff. The location is on the beach in front of some of the most amazing snorkelling areas, especially at night. The daily breakfast was delicious and fresh with many options. The pools were clean. The restaurant was also good with quite a large menu, though food service was a little slow in the busier evening times. Housekeeping and desk staff were kind and quite efficient. We were unable to watch tv as the streaming connections weren’t available- this did not matter to us in the long run as we found out we didn’t have time to watch it anyway. Our room was spacious, truly comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was showing some signs of age and could use a few repairs as the vertical blinds would fall out as you walked by or barely touched them. We didn’t open and close them daily as putting them back together was not to be part of our vacation itinerary. We needed to run the water in the shower a while before it was warm enough to get in. It would be nice if there were some kind of policy in place regarding saving chairs and tables around the pool. Many days we saw several things reserved by placing personal items or resort towels on them, yet the chairs and/or tables were not used all day - like they were reserved just in case they felt like they may want to sit by the pool at some point during the day or evening- meanwhile denying use of it to anyone else all day. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel it was okay. Food was good. They don’t activities going on .it was more Like for older people. Nothing to do For little kids. I felt like they focus more Cruises more than the people staying there. Probably would give 3 start not the best. "

"EVERYTHING was very clean, including the rooms, pool decks, pool chairs, beach chairs, dining tables, etc. The staff did a great job keeping everything clean! All staff was kind, helpful, and fun! Drinks from the bar were also delicious and all completely included the price (no drink maximum/limit). "

"we had a wonderful room that was close to the beach, the pool was across from us and the restaurant was just a stroll away. we got lucky with our room being so close, would recommend the letters k or l for-sure, other rooms its a distance to walk to the beach, but wonderful just the same"
